123) Nagore Dargah
Nagore Dargah was built to commemorate a visit to the island by a Muslim holy man. It was built by southern India Muslims between 1828 and 1830.

Walk further down Telok Ayer St until you see the heritage building: Ying Fo Fui Kun.
124) Heritage building Ying Fo Fui Kun built 1822
Ying Fo Fui Kun (应和会馆 Yìnghè Huìguǎn) is a Hakka clan association in Singapore. Its clan house was built in 1822. It is the oldest clan associations in Singapore. Ying Fo Fui Kun's clan house was amongst the first buildings in Telok Ayer, where the island's earliest Chinese settlements were located.
It looked after the welfare of its members by finding accommodation and jobs for newly arrived Hakkas and making funeral arrangements for deceased clan members.

Continue a bit further down Telok Ayer St until you see the heritage building: Fuk Tak Chi Museum. Do go in and have a look as it is free entrance.
125) Fuk Tak Chi Museum: built 1825
The Fuk Tak Chi Museum is now part of the AMOY Hotel, an interesting boutique hotel. It was once the oldest Chinese temple in Singapore and was built in 1825. Go in and explore its wall mural, statue and other interesting stuff.
Walk towards Telok Ayer St and Church St to view the waterfall at Capital Square.

Walk back to Nagore Dargah. With your back facing Nagore Dargah, turn left and walk and turn left at Cross St and continue walking until you see the Dragon wall mural at Amoy St and Cross St.

Continue walking on Amoy St and capture the Zui Yu Xuan Teochew cuisine entrance and turn left at Pekin St.

Look at the interesting murals at The Taco Bar on your left and other places.
You will see two big wall murals of astronauts behind and on your left at the intersection of Perkin and China St. In between them is that interesting staircase.

On the side of Hong Lim Complex that is facing Upper Cross St, is where the infamous SOOK CHING Inspection Centre was located.

Do visit and read the provided information plaque about how at the beginning of the Japanese occupation of Singapore during the 2nd World War, the Kempeitai (Japanese military police) and their hooded informants summoned all ethnic Chinese males between the ages of 18 and 50 and in some cases women and children to be interogated and identified. Those males, women and children suspected of anti-japanese resistance were executed.
